To further strengthen Yulian’s primary responsibility for work safety, enhance all employees’ awareness of fire safety and emergency response capabilities, and prevent and mitigate fire risks, Zhejiang Yulian Technology Co., Ltd. recently organized a company‑wide fire emergency drill at its factory premises. A total of 270 participants, including company management, staff from all departments and the logistics support team, took part in the drill.
Centered on core modules including simulated fire alarm, rapid evacuation, initial fire suppression and emergency casualty treatment, the drill was fully tailored to Yulian’s actual production scenarios. Prior to the drill, the person‑in‑charge delivered theoretical explanations and case studies to brief participants on key evacuation rules such as bending low and covering nose and mouth, as well as emergency precautions.
The drill officially kicked off at 10:00 a.m. With the shrill fire alarm blaring across the factory premises, a simulated fire broke out in a workshop area caused by a short‑circuit. Emergency teams from all departments responded promptly and acted in division of labor and cooperation in accordance with the pre‑set emergency plan: the evacuation guidance team immediately directed employees to evacuate orderly along safe passages to avoid crowd‑related stampedes; meanwhile, the logistics support team cut off power and gas supplies in the affected area and set up warning signs to maintain on‑site order. The entire evacuation was fast, orderly and standardized. All participants reached the designated safe assembly point within ten minutes. Headcount checks confirmed no personnel missing or simulated casualties.
Towards the end of the drill, the company’s management briefed employees on fire causes, the P‑A‑S‑S fire extinguisher operation method (Pull, Aim, Squeeze, Sweep), and re‑emphasized evacuation essentials such as bending low and covering the nose and mouth, as well as emergency precautions. Special stress was laid on fire safety regulations for key positions regarding the storage of flammable materials in workshops and the use of electrical equipment. This helped employees fully understand the significance of the principle that hidden dangers are more hazardous than open flames, and prevention is better than disaster relief.

This fire drill constitutes an important part of Yulian’s work safety efforts. Going forward, the company will take this drill as an opportunity to conduct regular safety training and emergency drills, continuously improve emergency response plans, address weaknesses in safety management, earnestly implement work safety responsibilities, and build a solid safety barrier for employees’ lives and the sustainable and sound development of Yulian. Through this drill, all employees have not only mastered basic fire emergency response skills and correct evacuation methods, but also strengthened their awareness of fire safety accountability and teamwork capabilities. It has effectively enhanced Yulian’s emergency rescue capacity in responding to sudden fire incidents, laying a solid foundation for building a safe and harmonious production environment.
